Bio:
Renee’ is an actress, singer, songwriter and musician who has captured the attention of audiences from the runway to stage and film. Versatile and formally trained, Renee’s talent has recently taken her from a stage musical production of Pirates of Penzance to a supporting actor role in director Taylor Hackford’s ‘Ray - the life story of musical genius Ray Charles’ to her sit com debut in the season finale episode of Girlfriends on UPN. Renee’ is co-founder of the non-profit organization Little Muse, whose mission is to promote social responsibility through Music and Art. Renee’ is also an active member of BookPals (Performing Artists for Literacy in Schools), a program of the Screen Actors Guild Foundation, that promotes literacy to all children especially those in “at risk” neighborhoods by helping them to learn how to read and communicate verbally.
