Jessica Rosen is the New York City Coordinator of the Global Youth Action Network, a leading organization in uniting the efforts of young people working to improve our world. She manages the NYC Local JAM Project, which aims to build greater cooperation among young people by creating a city-wide network for sharing information and resources, and coordinating efforts for closer collaboration. She is currently interested in models of civic participation that are inclusive and accessible, with a focus on leveraging surplus commodities as an incentive for participation.

The heart of all of her work explores this central issue; how to overcome our own (culturally reinforced and maintained) isolation from one another in order to achieve mutual recognition of our authentic human spirit!
