Erik is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Analyst, and Certified Specialist in Planned Giving who works with people who want to be intentional about the purpose of their wealth. Erik founded Falconer Group, a family wealth advisory firm, in 1998 and has since grown it with his wife, Leslie, to meet the diverse needs of affluent families who want to use their wealth in ways that have a positive and lasting affect on their family, community, and greater world. Erik is particularly interested in the impact of wealth on life and family because of his own experience as an heir. Following their values and vision, he and Leslie founded a private family foundation in 2003 that is focused on healing, strengthening, and building sustainable family systems both in their local community and internationally. Through their everyday experiences and work with the foundation, they appreciate the amazing opportunity to teach their three beautiful girls about their greater connection to the world.
