"I was selected to participate in the first YES Jam that brought together 30 of the world’s dynamic young leaders in 1996 in the Land of the medicine Buddha in Santa Cruz. It was an amazing and powerful experience for me and the friendships that I had cultivated there have been a source of strength and inspiration for me ever since. I salute the work that YES is doing to build this network of dynamic and passionate young leaders from every corner of the globe to unite and work together for a better tomorrow!"
